Need to refuel?
Do you ever feel weak-kneed or light-headed after you workout? That's because you need to refuel. After intense exercise, be sure to replenish your fluids by drinking lots of water, and restore your energy with a snack or two. Bananas, apples, yogurt, or pretzels will give you a carbohydrate and protein fix when you're running on empty. So make eating after exercise part of your plan -- it'll keep you going for the rest of the day.
