Do You Feel Overworked and Stressed?

Today’s fast paced world can drain your energy quickly and it’s hard to find the time to recharge during the day. Follow these simple tips to free yourself from the shackles of exhaustion.

1. Get More Physical. Once your body adjusts to more activity, you will feel invigorated. Please remember to always speak to your doctor before starting any exercise program.

2. Get Plenty of Sleep. Most people need 6-8 hours of sleep per night to function their best. Make sure that you are getting the amount of sleep your body requires. If you lack energy, try going to bed earlier at night.

3. Stressed? Stress is one of the primary causes for exhaustion and fatigue. MAKE THE TIME to “wind down” for yourself. What relaxes you?

4. Bottoms up! You’ve heard this repeatedly … drink your water. Make sure and get in your 64 oz. of water a day or more.
