Excuse #1

"I can't get up early and work out. I need my sleep." Is this an excuse you have heard often? If so, you may want to focus on your source of motivation. If your goal is to work out in the morning, that should be the first thing on your mind as soon as you get up. The visualization of the workout should be the first thing you see in the morning. Work on being more focused. Try to go to bed 30 minutes earlier to get your extra 30 minutes of sleep. This will allow you to get your workout in and gain a healthier lifestyle!
